Halloumi and Vegetable Wrap

Ingredients:

  • Halloumi cheese, sliced
  • Tortillas or flatbreads
  • Roasted or grilled vegetables (e.g., zucchini, bell peppers, and eggplant)
  • Hummus
  • Fresh herbs (such as parsley or cilantro)

Instructions:

  • Grill or fry the halloumi slices until they are golden brown.
  • Warm the tortillas or flatbreads.
  • Spread a generous layer of hummus on each tortilla.
  • Add the grilled halloumi and roasted vegetables to the tortillas.

Sprinkle with fresh herbs, roll up the tortillas, and serve
