Grilled Halloumi Skewers

Ingredients:

  • Halloumi cheese, cut into cubes (we have ready made product 3*3)
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Red bell peppers, cut into chunks
  • Red onion, cut into chunks
  • Olive oil (always extra virgin)
  • Lemon juice
  • Fresh herbs (such as basil or mint)

Instructions:

  • Thread the halloumi cubes, cherry tomatoes, red bell peppers, and red onion onto skewers.
  • Mix olive oil and lemon juice to create a marinade, then brush it over the skewers.
  • Grill the skewers until the halloumi is golden and the vegetables are tender, turning occasionally.
  • Serve with fresh herbs on top.
